Kicking off 2023 right, Massachusetts-based deathcore trio FROM UNDER CONCRETE KINGS have unleashed their latest trailblazing and technically dizzying offering: an electrifying deathcore cover of Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill”. The single is paving the way for the band’s upcoming EP, also due out in 2023. More details to follow.

Manic frontman and co-architect Joseph Izayea comments:

“I’m stoked to announce FROM UNDER CONCRETE KINGS‘ release of our reimagining of “Running Up That Hill” by Kate Bush. It’s the first ever full production cover like this I’ve ever done, and we had a hell of a time finding the balance between making it heavy AF while honoring the innate qualities that make the original such a low-key banger. With such a tumultuous year behind us coming to close, and the next installment of FROM UNDER CONCRETE KINGS fast approaching completion, I’m superbly grateful to end the old year by kicking off 2023 with something different. We hope you enjoy our trip into the upside-down! Go Broons!”
